This Fire Island beach house is located in a quiet summer neighborhood on Fire Island known as Robbins Rest. Robbins Rest is a small community of 40 houses. It is about a 15-20 min walk to Ocean Beach part over sand.

This house is perfect to share with family and friends. There's a back deck , front deck and roof deck. We provide linens, kitchen stuff (dishes, utensils, coffee machine, blender etc). There's also a, wagon, sports stuff, games, a TV, VCR (50 video - including some for chidren), beach chairs, baby items (high chair, pack & play, and portable crib), kitchen stuff (dishes, utensils, coffee machine, blender,), and some dry goods, spices, condiments, coffee, etc.

There's a state-of-the-art quiet ceiling fan in each beadroom.

The bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - Queen Bed (Master bedroom) - very large and open and recently renovated with views.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - 2 twin beds
Bedroom 4 (downstairs) - Full and twin beds.

Things to do: Basic beach stuff. Basic bay stuff like boating and fishing. 3 minute walk to bay. Five houses to the Ocean. 15 minute walk to Ocean Beach with bay front restaurants, nightclubs, bakery, pizza shops, bars, movie house, day camp, playground, tennis courts, baseball fields, and basketball courts nearby. Day Walking Trips: You can walk on the beach to the Fire Island Lighthouse (about 2-1/2 miles) or the Sunken Forest (about 3 miles.)

Fire Island Weekly Rental Rates 2008:

June 1-15: $1800/week. Call for weekend or midweek.
June 16 through through Labor Day Sept 1: $3400/week . Generally arrive fri. 4pm leave thurs night 6pm or arrive Mon. 4pm leave Sun. night 7pm.
Weekend (Friday night, Sat night, leave Sunday at 4pm.) $2400. Midweek special arrive Monday afternoon leave Thursday evening 6pm- $1400
September after Labor Day: $1800/week or $600/night weekend and $300/night midweek. (three day minimum)
Price includes housekeeping. Please add add $400 refundable security deposit. Discount for stays longer than one week.)
